Lindsay Gilinsky

CADC & QMHA Graduate

“I honestly had a really great experience both times. I did my apprenticeships back to back, so it was a lot of intensive schooling and on the job training, but I had such great support from United We Heal. Both of my mentors in each apprenticeship were incredible and went above and beyond to make sure that I felt supported, that my needs were getting met in the apprenticeship as well as in my personal life.”

“My experience, it’s been wonderful. It’s like I’m getting to learn how to do something that I really am passionate about, and it’s really changed me as a person. I’m so happy with the clinical work that I’ve been doing and being able to make an impact on people’s lives. you got to have your heart into it, and you got to be dedicated to to serving people.”

Michael Fields

QMHA Graduate

“So far it’s been amazing. It’s nice to have a way to actually complete school while working and using a lived experience, and work hours as well. to complete a certification. Honestly, furthering in my career, I have a heart for work that I do, and I’m a certified CRM, and so I felt QMHA was the next step. That’s what made decide to, start going for the apprenticeship. Finding out that we actually had it provided for us in the way that it is as amazing.”

Our Programs

Our programs emphasize hands-on training through paid employment while participants learn new skills, achieve industry-recognized certifications, and advance their careers, while minimizing student debt.

Our programs are strategically designed to pave a path for folks who previously didn’t have opportunities/access to step into the healthcare workforce. This ensures that individuals who would not otherwise have had opportunities to advance into higher paid and licensed occupations can do so, and that this will positively impact the ability to provide care that resonates with clients needs.

These programs are funded in whole or in part by the U.S. Department of Labor. We are equal opportunity employers/programs. Auxiliary aides and services are available upon request to individuals with disabilities. The sponsor will not discriminate against apprenticeship applicants or apprentices based on race, color, religion, national origin, sex (including pregnancy and gender identity), sexual orientation, genetic information, or because they are an individual with a disability or a person 40 years old or older. The sponsor will take affirmative action to provide equal opportunity in apprenticeship and will operate the apprenticeship program as required under Title 29 of the Code of Federal Regulations, part 30.
