Empowering Careers, Transforming Healthcare

We’re United We Heal.
We’re dedicated to providing opportunities for career advancement and building a behavioral health workforce that prioritizes quality care.

United We Heal envisions a community where professionals are empowered to advance in their careers, employers are able to attract and retain a more skilled workforce, and all individuals receive continuity of care and access to individualized services.
Our Fund

Providing hands-on training through paid employment.

United We Heal is an ERISA governed Trust, resulting in a robust governance accountability structure for the gathering and utilization of contributions. The primary objective of the organization is to provide and support attainment of certifications needed for higher level healthcare employment, and enhancing career advancement opportunities for participating employees.

Our Structure

Ensuring alignment with the needs of the community.

Crucial to United We Heal’s success is the organizational structure which brings management and labor together to collaborate on workforce solutions on even footing. Engaging the perspectives of workers in the field in collaboration with management leads is a crucial element to our ability to design and implement innovative solutions that resonate with workers, leading to improved recruitment, retention, and satisfaction while meeting the needs of employers and clients.

As soon as I got into the field, I knew this was for me, this was the thing I wanted to be doing with my life.

Our programs emphasize hands-on training through paid employment while participants learn new skills, achieve industry-recognized certifications, and advance their careers, while minimizing student debt.

Our programs are strategically designed to pave a path for folks who previously didn’t have opportunities/access to step into the healthcare workforce. This ensures that individuals who would not otherwise have had opportunities to advance into higher paid and licensed occupations can do so, and that this will positively impact the ability to provide care that resonates with clients needs.
